We invite you to experience the fabulous, spacious Villa Sari Lale with a fantastic location in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, where all amenities are a short walk way. Take a look at our calendar, select your dates or get in touch for more information.
With a newly refurbished private pool with in-water seating area, Villa Sari Lale provides flexible comfortable accommodation for families and groups seeking a memorable holiday in the beautiful village of Kalkan, Although we have 4 bedrooms, sleeping 10, we will discuss reductions for smaller parties.
The Villa is within a very short walking distance of supermarkets, the weekly market, shops, bars and many restaurants. Kalkan "old town" with its winding cobbled streets, down to the beach and harbour, can be reached, on foot, within 8-10 minutes. There no need for taxis when staying at Villa Sari Lale - although they are plentiful if you don't fancy the walk!
The villa is surrounded by a mature garden with various fruit trees (avocado, orange, pomegranate and olive) and a spacious sun terrace with 8 loungers, mattresses, side tables, sun umbrellas and a hammock. There is a large circular marble dining table to seat 10 for al-fresco dining, a traditional stone BBQ and raised Ottoman "chill out" seating area, completely re-modelled for the 2025 season. The villa has a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 ensuites, 2 further shower rooms and all bedrooms opening onto balconies giving spectacular sea, mountain and town views.
The ground floor includes an open plan living area/kitchen with direct access to the pool terrace.
The first floor has two large en-suite double bedrooms opening onto a sweeping balcony with views across the town, mountains and out to sea. The bright and airy roof level accommodation includes a twin bedroom and family room to include one double and two single beds opening onto a fabulous roof terrace offering the best sea views. There is also a further shower room on this level (lower ceiling height)
Since purchasing the villa in 2016, year on year we re-invest to ensure the property is well maintained. New windows and doors in modern steel grey, (a number with sliding mosquito nets), comfortable chairs for the roof terrace, complete pool refurbishment and re-modelled ottoman area are some of the recent upgrades

Summary: great villa with everything you would need, close to all bars , shops & restaurants but be warned of the hills in 40' + heat you may need a taxi home around 150 lira (£3.60), down hill all the way to the front but up hill all the way back, our 1st day at the villa we were told to let the local management know when we wanted the drinking water changing which we thought was great only to get a bill at the end , it wasn't expensive (150 lira a bottle) but we should have been told before hand, the pool was quite warm but maybe cos of the 40'+ heat , all in all had a great time and thank you angela for letting us stay in your villa for our 1st time in turkey.

Summary: We wanted to rent a villa that would cater for our whole family including grandchildren, so ranging in age from 2 to 70. The villa is ideally located for everything (it is on a steep hill, but good exercise whilst on holiday!) - supermarket was a stone's throw away, harbour (so boat trips), local restaurants in spades - we found everything we needed. Angela was very thorough and prompt in her communications and very helpful in arranging our transfers to & from the airport. The villa is spacious and well equipped (even having a cot and highchair and some lilos for the pool), the garden is gorgeous and the pool very inviting, clean and a great added bonus. All in all we had an amazing week and would certainly return. Many thanks.

Summary: We all had a fantastic holiday. The previous reviews were spot on. The villa was very spacious and comfotably accommodated us all. 8 including 2 children. Yusuf the friendly manager helped in providing water bottles and a private trip on a boat, he was on call for any help if you need it. There are many eating places in Kalkan but this vist we managed to utilised some of the places between the villa and the centre. All where very good. The supermarket is within a 5 min walk for all the essentials. I would gladly use this villa in the future if we return to Kalkan.

Summary: Fantastic first experience renting this fabulous villa from Angela through VRBO. Communication was very prompt with extremely helpful and useful information provided for organising the stay, transfers, local area and trips. The local agent, Yusuf, was able to assist during our stay. The villa was well equipped, very comfortable with a lovely pool. Would definitely return to this villa.

Summary: This is a lovely villa with enough outdoor space to spread out. We thought the cushioned seating/bed was a marvellous addition and spent quite a bit of time relaxing on it in the shade. There are quite a few steps down to the villa from the road so it’s not ideal for older/less mobile people. Fabulous views especially from the top balcony! We had a couple of minor issues as Yusuf was ill during our stay, however we had a really lovely relaxing time.

Summary: We are a family of five and having stayed in Kalkan many times before I can highly recommend the beautiful Villa Sari Lale. The outside has a fantastic pool, large lounging area with eight sunbeds, a large dining area and an authentic ottoman seating in the shade. The views from the top floor terrace towards the sea are wonderful. It has a further small dining table and four comfy chairs - a great place for an evening drink! Thank you to Angela for the ease of booking and allowing us to stay in your lovely villa and also for arranging transfers. Thank you also to Yusuf for looking after us and the villa. We hired a car through Yusuf for a couple of days - nice car and best price! Thank you also to the cleaners and gardener for keeping the villa, grounds and pool spotless. The villa is in a great location up the main road from town behind the Migros supermarket and has everything you could possibly need. We had a fantastic holiday and all agree we cannot wait to return to Sari Lale.
